VS Commentary on Mike Babcock Conversation with Scotty Bowman
The commentators during the game last night commented on a conversation Scotty Bowman had with Mike Babcock regarding the team’s recent 4-game winless streak that was snapped last night. They reported that Bowman said that he thought the team had a bit of an emotional letdown after winning back-to-back games on March 13th and 14th against Nashville.
The Versus crew said that Babcock then quipped that Bowman didn’t tell him how to get the team to rebound and get back on track. They played two games in Western Canada which has always been a tough road trip for Detroit. But they looked like they got back on track last night.
