I don’t agree with Babcock’s judgment here, as the team is going to miss what Jiri can bring to the game. Here is how the lines would look: Henrik Zetterberg - Pavel Datsyuk - Tomas Holmstrom Johan Franzen - Robert Lang - Todd Bertuzzi Dan Clearly - Kris Draper - Kirk Maltby Mikael Samuelsson - Valtteri Filppula - Jiri Hudler Hudler had 2 assists and was +2 in Detroit so it’s easy to make the case that he should be re-inserted into the lineup. Samuelsson has been better than Calder at generating shots on goal and has played the point on the second power play unit, so it would seen that he’s more likely to stay in the lineup tomorrow.
