Wings lose penalty fest to Anaheim 6-3

This game was just ugly as there were 24 penalties called. The game had absolutely no flow and featured lots of 4on4, 5on4 and even 5on3 play. Of course the Wings - being incredibly efficient like they are - still found a way to allow two short-handed goals, the first of which iced the game for the Ducks.

I can’t even pretend to have paid close attention as I stopped really following the game about midway through the first period and starting bitching up a storm over in the Red Wings Central forums. Hey, it was more entertaining and equally as unproductive as watching the game. So I’ll just throw up a link to a post on the game against Anaheim last October when Detroit took 10 penalties. Man you gotta love the west coast road trips early in the season!
